Most of the difference comes from what is included. Some quotes cover only the design and charge separately for the domain, hosting, content loading and every later change. Every price on this page includes design, development, configuration and launch, with the total agreed in writing before work starts.

Fifty per cent is paid to start the project and fifty per cent when the site is finished and live. On larger projects the balance can be split into stages. Maintenance and hosting are billed monthly and are always optional.

We can build the site around a simple wordmark, or design a logo as part of the Brand Online package. A missing logo is not a reason to delay the site.
Yes. On final payment, the source files, the domain and the hosting account are transferred into your name. You are never locked into ongoing service, and you can move the site elsewhere at any time.
Only if you want one. Maintenance and hosting plans start at $18 a month and cover updates, hosting and monitoring, but they are optional and can be cancelled at any time. A site delivered without a plan keeps working.
The site stays online and keeps working. You would handle your own hosting renewal, and any future changes would be quoted individually as small jobs rather than covered by a monthly allowance.
